EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

 

The Exchanges and Returns Policy, below, forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

1. Identification

This website is owned, maintained and operated by Rede Fácil Europa, Lda., a commercial company based at Largo Samwell Diniz n.º 4-F, São Domingos de Benfica, 1500-552 Lisbon, Portugal, NIPC 514 024 410, with email address contacto@maritanetwork.pt.

 

1.1. Contact

If the customer needs any information, clarification or assistance in relation to this Product Delivery Policy, Rede Fácil Europa provides a SAC (Customer Service).

 

1.2. Exchanges and Returns

If the customer wishes to exchange/return any item, he may do so within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which cannot be damaged, altered or scratched.

 

For your greatest convenience and safety, check that the product meets your expectations before opening the package.

 

Reasons for exchange or cancellation:

 

I - Cancellation of purchase;

II - Product with alleged manufacturing fault;

III - Product not in accordance with the order.

1.3. Purchase withdrawal

. If you made the purchase through Rede Fácil Europa, received the order in perfect condition and still want to withdraw from the purchase, it will be necessary to formalize your request via email informing the order number and the reason for the return.

 

. With the cancellation of the order, the entire bonus system will be automatically canceled.

 

. If the order is already in the delivery process, the customer must refuse to receive it and notify Rede Fácil Europa; In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

. The e-mail with the request for cancellation/withdrawal of the order must be the same as the holder of the Rede Fácil Europa registration.

 

1.4. Return of Goods

The return of goods must be made through the email contacto@maritanetwork.pt. or by telephone 00351 215 863 950 and 00351 927 643 598. We will not receive returns that are not formalized through the Rede Fácil Customer Service.

 

. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories.

. The product must not show any signs of use and/or damage.

. For the return to take place, the product must return to the Rede Fácil Distribution Center, where a team will sort and check the goods received.

 

Attention: The product received that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return and Rede Fácil will not be charged any cost for the return, as well as the reversal of the order values. The order will automatically be shipped back to the originating address. Under these conditions, Rede Fácil Europa will charge a new freight charge.

 

2. Products with alleged manufacturing fault

Returns of goods must be made by e-mail contacto@maritanetwork.pt or by telephone 00351 215 863 950 and 00351 927 643 598. We will not receive returns that are not formalized through the Rede Fácil Customer Service.

 

. The product must be returned in its original packaging;

. The product must be sent together with the 1st copy of the Invoice;

. A brief written report of the alleged defect to which the claim refers must be attached.

 

Attention: The product received that does not meet the conditions required above will be automatically sent back to the address of origin. Under these conditions, Rede Fácil Europa will charge a new freight charge.

 

2.1. Product defect analysis

The evaluation and conclusion of the order report will be carried out, up to 30 days after receiving the product at our Distribution Center.

 

2.1.1. Report favorable to the exchange

. The customer will receive, at no additional cost, the replacement of the product at the address of origin;

 

. In the absence of the product in stock, the customer will be informed; in this case, you can choose to wait for the stock to be replenished or, then, cancel the order, receiving a refund of the amount spent.

 

2.1.2. Report against the exchange

The product will be returned without prior notice to the customer with the Letter of Disapproval, without the right of replacement, when presenting:

 

. Absence of defect (not finding the damage pointed out by the customer);

. Evidence of inappropriate use of the product;

. Indications of accidental damage;

. Natural wear and tear due to use;

. Inadequate washing of the product;

. Product changed.

 

3. Product not in accordance with the order

If you detect a discrepancy between the product purchased and received on receipt, refuse to receive it and contact our Customer Service via email contacto@maritanetwork.pt, or by telephone 00351 215 863 950 and 00351 927 643 598.

 

Rede Fácil will exchange it, without any additional cost to the customer, provided that after analysis, the error in the shipment is evidenced.

The refund process will be based on the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase:

 

. If the payment was made via credit card, the chargeback will be posted on the card's invoice, according to the rules of each operator;

. If the payment was made by Multibanco, Paypal or MB WAY, the chargeback will be posted to the account of the purchaser;

. If the payment was made through points, the reimbursement will be in points.

 

Our exchange and returns policy reserves your rights, acting in accordance with the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Act.
